Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your order. If you wish to process a return / exchange, this is our terms & conditions.

You can process your return or exchange within 14 days you receive your order. Please understand we cannot process it for your order after 14 days you received your order.

When you receive your order please ensure everything is correct and you report to us as soon as possible if there is any issues. 


"My item is damaged/faulty/wrong".

Please send us a photo of the items you received incorrectly or in damaged condition via email at along with your invoice receipt (if applicable, your invoice number e.g. #6001) 

Our team will get back to you and correct or amend your order. 

If we don't get back to you within 1-2 days, please give us a call at 0452525038 (+61 452525038) so we can resolve your order as soon as possible. 


Please note: we CANNOT refund or exchange for these reasons - 

  • Change of mind. You want to change to another item / colour / size etc. All purchases are final.
  • After use of item. All items to be exchange / refunded are to be in new condition / unused. 
  • Caused damage to item. All items that are delivered undamaged but caused damaged to it after using it cannot be exchange or refunded.
