We have multiple tiers based on the number of points you’ve accumulated. Each tier gives extra perks and unlocks a lifetime discount on your purchases. When you collect enough points, you automatically move up to the next tier — no extra cost, just island-style rewards.

When you’re logged into your account, you’ll see your points balance under “My Account → Rewards”. You can redeem points for discount codes or free items listed in our Loyalty Shop. Once redeemed, the code is automatically applied at checkout or the gift item is added.

Points are valid for 12 months of account activity. If there’s no purchase or eligible action for 12 months, your points will expire. We’ll send a reminder email 30 days before expiration so you have time to redeem.

Yes! Just log in to your Penina Boutique account at checkout and your purchase will count toward points. When redeeming, show your loyalty status in-store and our staff will assist with applying your discount or redeeming your reward.
