Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

The returned product must be in its original condition, with the original packaging. The returns are valid for the original purchaser only.
Damaged & Altered Items:
Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not accepted for items altered after receipt. All items are examined before shipment. If you have received an item that has been damaged during transit please contact us immediately.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
All our refunds are returned to your bank account within 2- 5 business days depending on your bank.
